Hi, my name is Barbara Marie Savant, I am a photographer here in Morgan City, Louisiana specializing in newborn, baby’s first year

and weddings. I feel like this time goes by so fast

that it is the most important to capture while we can!

 

I am obsessed with my family. The most important part of my life are my husband, son and daughter. They are the most incredible family I could ever ask for and they will always come first. They are a crazy bunch but I wouldn’t trade them for the world!  I am so blessed to be able to do something I love to  do and still be able to spend  quality time with my family! 

Photography is more than my job, it is my passion. Photographs help people remember specific moments in their past and allow them to keep those memories alive. For example birth of a newborn, first steps, sibling hugs and kisses, a parent’s loving smile, or the first I do's are all important milestone’s that I am so lucky be a part of and capture. I am not out to create the "flawless traditional portrait"...life isn't flawless.  So let your hair down, let loose, be yourself, and most of all..have fun!!
