All session fees include photographer's time and talent

Your session is NOT considered booked until I have received a non refundable retainer.

You have 3 days from booking your session to send in your deposit

or your spot will be available to another client.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session Barbara Marie Photography

reserves the right to cancel your session and forfeit your session fee.

You will then need to reschedule and pay half of a new sitting fee for the new session date.

All sessions require a contract signature and non-refundable retainer.

No sessions will be put on the schedule until a contract is signed and retainer paid.

Proofing Gallery:

A proofing gallery is a place on my website where I will upload your edited

photos and you will be able to not only view them from the comfort of

your own home but also be able to order them as well.

$25 fee for extending gallery time or re-activating

Products Offered:

Canvases, Stand-outs, Storyboards, Albums, Custom Announcements,

and much more available to purchase seperately.

There will be a minimum on all print orders

Policies and Information:

SCHEDULING A SESSION:

Sessions are schedule during the week and weekends.

Monday thur Friday from 8:00-11:00 am and 4:00-8:00 pm.

Plus, I offer limited sessions on Saturdays & Sundays.

Please schedule your session at least a month ahead for

newborn and maternity sessions the sooner the better!

CANCELLATIONS:

**Retainer fees are non-refundable**

If something comes up and you can’t make your session, then please let

me know at least 72 hours in advance in writing. We can reschedule

your session to another date for no additional charge and session

fee will be transferred. If you do not contact me to reschedule

your session within 5 days, then your retainer will be lost.

POLICY:

Retainer fees are due at scheduling and balance due at session.

Retainer fees are for photographer's time and talents in making your

images the best they can be!

Print orders: All print orders must be paid IN FULL at time of ordering.

PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-4 weeks to get your session proofed

{exclude Weddings typical 6-8 weeks} and uploaded to your online gallery.

Your gallery will be available for 14 days for newborns, regular sessions, and weddings.

There is a $25 fee to extend your gallery.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!

For prints orders please allow at least 3 weeks from

time of ordering and about 6-8 weeks for special mounting such as

canvas, stand-out, etc. Also, please allow a little longer processing

time during busy times such as Easter and Christmas.

RUSH FEE:

If for some reason you need your photos edited before

the normal processing time of 3-4 weeks, then I would be happy to do so

for a charge of $25 per edited image or $100 for the whole gallery.

LOCATION:

I will be happy to suggest a great place to do your session. I am also

up to any suggestions you might have! Traveling fees may occur if

location is more than 20 miles from the studio.

CAMERAS:

NO cameras of any kind are allowed at session

this includes camera phones.
