Retainer Fee is collected at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Prints or Digitals are determine when Event is announced.

All sessions require a contract signature and non-refundable retainer.

No sessions will be put in the schedule until a contract is signed and retainer paid.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session Barbara Marie Photography

reserves the right to cancel your session and forfeit your session fee.

At this time you will need to reschedule and pay half of a new session fee

for a new session date and time.

No Exceptions!!
